Incorporation of GVA – Oct 29th 2008, was the date on which Global Value Add, Inc was born. The company is incorporated with the Texas Secretary of State. We are pleased to initiate a services portal which will immensely benefit the expat community in the US, said Mrs. Supriya Pai, Managing Director, GVA.

Inauguration of new office

November 24th 2008 – GVA today inaugurated their office in Bangalore India. This office is all encompassing, and designed keeping in mind the client and staff needs, and necessary licenses for its smooth operations have been obtained from the statutory authorities. We are pleased to have our first delivery center opened in Bangalore. Our confidence in delivery the quality services have grown multifold today with this office shaping up into a delivery center said Mr. Gurudatt S Pai, President GVA India.

Election of Chair

October 30th 2008 – The GVA leadership today announced that Mr. Victor Abraham has accepted the position of Non Executive Chairman to the GVA board. Victor is on the Board, and holds the title of President & CEO of Providence Bank of Texas and Skypass Travel, two prominent business establishment in the South US. An industry veteran, he brings with him about 25 years of solid banking and hospitality industry experience which will be the guiding light for the GVA board, said Mr. Gurudatt S Pai, Member of the Board.

Launch of mytaxfiler®

January 23rd 2009 – GVA management is pleased to roll out its US taxation service portal, www.mytaxfiler.com. Developed by GVA’s technology partner Jupiter Business Systems FZC (JBS), a reputed software and application development enterprise from the UAE, Mr. Satyanath Bhat, Managing Director JBS, said that this application was designed, and developed within a record time of 60 days. It is unmatched to many portals out there; it offers complete work flow for the tax documents to reach the Tax Professional and final solution to be delivered to the client as per the set Service level agreements.

The portal comes with value added components such as easy shopping cart and payment options, online chat with GVA tax expert, internal messaging, escalation management, ask-a-question engine, secured e-document sharing technology and many more.

We will very soon be adding Indian, UK and Australian tax Services to the mytaxfiler® portal, making it a true GLOBAL Solution, said Mr. Sudhir Pai, Chief Executive Officer.
